they've done a fair bit of re-wilding here in san antonio / returning the main streams and creeks to a more natural state even though the creeks themselves aren't natural and it's mostly for the tourist business / still it's good / flora and fauna replenished / natural swales and embayments restored / glad to hear about your project
Your posts about the waterways there are always interesting. We both seem to get on our bikes and follow the water. They really are knocking out the concrete. It is all fenced off so I couldn't get close enough to take good photos. The project will definitely be better for the environment. Messy seems to be the natural and better setting!
